Remember that you should check the status of the received package with the courier. In the event of mechanical damage caused during transport, the Customer should immediately notify the carrier and the Seller of the fact. Any complaints for damage during transport will be considered on the basis of a damage report signed by the Customer and the carrier.
Positively considered returns and complaints are the basis for a refund to the Customer or in the case of a complaint, exchange of goods for another copy if available, or a reduction in the price of the product. The refund is made to the bank account indicated by the Customer. Regardless of the circumstances, no "cash on delivery" complaint shipments will be accepted.

If the product purchased in the MATLIFE SPORTSWEAR store does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Remember that the product cannot bear traces of use and should have all original tags.
